  • Create website designs, produce web banners and images for customer emails and social media.
  • Write, shoot and edit product videos.

  • Purchase all items sold by JDS as well as all items used by JDS.
  • Manage all vendor activity, domestic and international.
  • Manage International freight and customs.

  • Build relationships with customers by phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and at tradeshows.
  • Help customers choose the best products for their websites and showrooms.
  • Connect customers with different departments within JDS.
  • Inform customers of new products and collect their feedback.

  • Research and test new products.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Produce custom orders when requested.

  • Provide technical support for sublimation products and equipment.
  • Teach classes and offer hands-on demonstrations at trade shows.
